Poole Mayor’s Awards 2025

We are proud to share that Richard Gale, Founder and Director of The Poole Town FC Kids Initiative CIC, has been honoured with a Mayor’s Award for his outstanding contributions to community of Poole.

Anyone who knows Richard, will know how much time, passion and energy he puts into helping young people through the Kids Initiative.

He has made such a huge difference to so many children and families in our community — and it’s brilliant to see that hard work recognised.

Not one for the limelight, Richard quietly gets on with his work, so often unseen and never seeks personal praise or credit for what he does.
