Home Care Angels have signed up to support Julia's House children's Hospice through our support at Poole Town FC.
This starts with the sponsorship of 10 free tickets for the Chelsea match so look out for the team from Julia's House at the upcoming pre-season friendly against a Chelsea XI to see how you can help this worthy local charity.
