The University Hospitals Dorset NHS Charity have shared some words about the recent fundraising that took place courtesy of The Gale Foundation Trust and Poole Town FC Kids Initiative.

Here’s what they had to say:

“GOOOOOOAL! ⚽🥅

We're absolutely buzzing to share that the Poole Town Football Club's seasonal fundraising netted an amazing £6,959.81 to help us create awesome new play areas for kids supported by our NHS teams in the BEACH Building at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital!

These play areas will help young ones experience joy, laugh and have a much-needed break while undergoing care at University Hospitals Dorset.

Thanks so much to the PTFC Kids & Community for fundraising for these amazing spaces. Plus, a shout out to the Gale Foundation Trust, who supported this seasonal fundraising and backed our BEACH!”
